Healing Your Womb & Protecting Your Sacred Space - Part 2

Alright, juju mama, now that we’ve cleared out some of that old trauma, let’s talk about taking care of your womb moving forward. This isn’t a one-time fix. Healing is a journey, and your womb deserves some love and care on a regular basis.


You know how they say self-care isn’t selfish?


Well, I’m gonna take it a step further—self-care is essential. Your womb has been through so much, and it’s time to give her the royal treatment. Take that bubble bath, enjoy that cup of tea, and make a ritual out of it. It’s about nourishing your body and spirit from the inside out. And don’t forget to feed your body with foods that support your womb—leafy greens, warm teas, all that good stuff.


Here’s the thing, though—it's not just about what you do for your womb, but also about what you protect her from.


It’s time to put up some serious boundaries!


No more letting toxic energy get close to that sacred space. Whether it’s people, habits, or environments, anything that doesn’t serve you has got to go.


You’ve got to protect your peace like your life depends on itbecause it does.


We’ve all been guilty of letting toxic stuff slide in the past. But now? Now you’re reclaiming your power, and that means saying “no” to anything that threatens your healing journey. It’s not easy, but it’s necessary.


The Ritual: Womb Clearing Meditation

Before we wrap this up, I want to leave you with a little ritual. It’s simple, but powerful. Ready?


  1. Find a quiet space and light a white candle or some incense.

  2. Sit comfortably and place your hands on your womb.

  3. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and imagine a warm, golden light surrounding your womb.

  4. Imagine your benevolent Great Mothers surrounding you and praying for you.

  5. Visualize their prayers clearing away any lingering pain or trauma.

  6. Say aloud: “I release all that no longer serves me. My womb is healed, balanced, and full of divine energy.”

  7. Stay in this space as long as you need, and when you're ready, snuff out the candle and give thanks.
