We talked about how the womb holds memory, but I want you to understand that it’s not just the pain that stays.

Every time your womb experienced life, joy, creation, or loss, it also stored strength. We’re about to tap into that power now.
1. Forgiveness as Medicine
Forgiveness isn’t about anybody but you. Your body may be carrying feelings of guilt or anger—toward yourself, your body, or the universe. But hear me out: You have to forgive. This doesn’t mean forgetting; it means letting go of the shame or “what ifs.” Say it out loud: “I forgive myself for what was beyond my control.” Repeat it daily until it becomes your truth.
2. Yoni Steaming for Release
Yoni steaming is an ancient practice that uses the power of steam and herbs to cleanse and reset the womb. Gather herbs like basil, lavender, and calendula, and boil them in water. Allow the steam to rise, and squat or sit over it (you can find a comfy position using a yoni stool). As the steam rises into your womb, visualize it clearing out all the lingering trauma, pain, and grief. (Be careful, Juju Mamas, yoni steaming can cause serious issues if you do not know what you are doing)
3. Rebirth Your Womb
It’s time to give your womb permission to begin again. Visualize your womb as a sacred space that is capable of rebirth. Get creative with this! You can even write your womb a love letter, thanking it for all the strength it has given you and telling it that it’s safe to heal and release the trauma.
Ritual for You, Juju Mama:
Womb Rebirth Ritual
Materials: Rose quartz (for love and healing), cold pressed castor oil, a white candle.
Create Sacred Space: Dim the lights, light your candle, and hold your rose quartz over your womb.
Oil Rub: Gently massage your womb with castor oil in slow, circular motions.
Mantra: Whisper to yourself: “I am reborn. My womb is reborn. I release all that negatively takes up space. I honor my womb as a space of healing, creation, and infinite love.”
Final Release: Breathe deeply and release any final feelings of grief or anger. Envision yourself surrounded by love and light, as well as the ancestors that walk with you that heal.
